Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Information Technology to lead technological innovation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the technology department, translating business needs into actionable plans
• Build and mentor a high-performing technology team while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Oversee cloud strategy, cybersecurity framework, and the development of advanced analytics and data strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred
• Fifteen (15) + years of progressive experience in technology, specifically in P&C insurance applications
• Ten (10) + years of experience in the insurance industry with knowledge of business models and profitability drivers
• Deep understanding of the P&C insurance value chain and industry trends
• Demonstrated success in leading organizational change initiatives related to technology adoption
