Vice President of Technology

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Technology to lead the design, development, and operation of its technology platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing engineering team while establishing a culture of technical excellence
• Partner with various departments to prioritize development efforts and translate strategic objectives into a technology roadmap
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive security program, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and SOC 2 requirements

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in engineering leadership roles
• Experience building and leading engineering teams, including hiring and talent development
• Deep technical expertise across the full stack and hands-on experience in modern cloud architectures
• Strong understanding of healthcare data security and compliance, including HIPAA and SOC 2
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and integration patterns, such as HL7 and FHIR
