Vice President of Technology

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vertical Vice President, Technology to drive engineering execution and operational excellence across its vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end engineering execution across multiple SaaS products
• Establish standards for code quality, system performance, and scalability
• Directly manage Engineering Managers and build high-performing engineering teams

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Experience leading engineering across multiple business units or product lines
• Background in vertical SaaS, SMB software, or payments-adjacent platforms
• Experience with platform modernization and cloud-native architectures
• Experience implementing AI-enabled product capabilities or automation at scale
