Vice President of Technology

Job Summary

As the senior-most technology leader, the full-time remote Vice President of Technology will shape and execute a mission-aligned technology strategy for a 120-person organization, driving digital transformation, innovation, and overseeing enterprise systems, data governance, and IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a forward-thinking technology strategy that aligns with the organization's mission
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to modernize workflows and enhance client engagement
• Oversee IT operations and vendor management, ensuring high-quality and secure IT services

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role
• Proven ability to develop and execute technology strategies that drive innovation
• Strong experience managing outsourced IT services or MSPs
• Demonstrated expertise in data governance, analytics, and AI/ML tools
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field preferred; advanced degree or certifications a plus
