Vice President of Technology

Job Summary

Owning the engineering strategy and execution for a transformative software platform, the full-time Vice President of Technology will lead a team of approximately 15 in modernizing legacy systems and establishing a high-performance engineering culture while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and developing a software engineering organization, fostering accountability and a high-performance culture
• Defining a multi-year architectural roadmap that balances legacy modernization with new platform development
• Overseeing the integration of AI and ML into the product roadmap as the platform matures

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture/engineering and technology strategy
• Strong background in .NET and proven success in enterprise-wide transformations
• Experience in driving cloud migration and data strategy
• Practical experience integrating AI/ML systems into production software
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps practices from scratch
