Vice President of Technology

Job Summary

To drive the evolution of technology and data capabilities, the remote Vice President of Technology will manage core systems, translate business processes into scalable solutions, and lead technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency across fundraising, finance, research, and patient services.

Key responsibilities

• Improve and connect core systems, including CRM and operational tools, to enhance organizational effectiveness
• Define and execute a technology roadmap focused on reliability, usability, and long-term scalability
• Build and lead a high-performing technology team that aligns with organizational needs and priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 12+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
• Proven experience building and leading a full-spectrum IT team across various domains
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and system integrations
• Experience managing enterprise platforms, including CRM systems like Salesforce
