Vice President of Technology

Job Summary

Leading the development of AI-native workforce infrastructure, the full-time remote Vice President of Technology will manage engineering functions, direct AI/ML strategy, and build a high-performing team while partnering with the CEO on technical priorities and external representation.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the applied ML & data platform, setting standards for ingestion, normalization, and operational analytics
• Oversee all engineering functions, establishing a technical vision and executable roadmap to enhance reliability and security
• Recruit and develop a high-performing organization across various technical domains, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in AI/ML strategy and product architecture design
• Strong background in engineering leadership, including product management and architecture
• Experience building and scaling engineering operating systems and processes
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and lead through ambiguity
• Track record of external representation to stakeholders, including investors and customers
