Job Summary

Transforming enterprise systems, the full-time salaried Vice President of Technology will lead the strategy and modernization of SAP Finance and HCM platforms, driving automation and analytics while partnering with Finance and HR leaders to enhance operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise systems strategy aligned with Finance and HR priorities
• Lead modernization efforts for SAP Finance and HCM, ensuring scalable, cloud-ready architectures
• Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging automation, AI, and analytics

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership, with 10+ years overseeing ERP/HCM platforms
• Deep expertise in SAP Finance (FICO, S/4HANA) and implementing HCM systems (Oracle HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors)
• Proven success in modernizing and transforming legacy enterprise systems
• Strong experience with automation, AI/ML, and enterprise integration strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA/Master's preferred
