Vice President of Technology Governance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, CTO Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain governance and operating models for the Technology Group
• Lead the Technology PMO to ensure disciplined planning and execution of strategic programs
• Drive technology compliance, risk management, and vendor governance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 15+ years of experience in technology, operations, or enterprise leadership roles
• Prior experience at the VP level or equivalent in leading cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated experience with technology governance and program delivery
• Experience partnering with Risk, Compliance, and Audit in regulated environments preferred
