Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Set strategy and execution model for Technology Operations, ensuring alignment across product and engineering functions
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management and oversee roadmap intake and delivery risk visibility
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in product or engineering operations within a software or SaaS organization
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and proficiency with product and engineering platforms such as Aha, Jira, and GitHub
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities into measurable execution across large-scale organizations
• Exceptional ability to operate in matrixed structures and build productive working relationships across functions
• Experience in regulated industries, particularly financial services, with an understanding of compliance and risk obligations
