Job Summary
Reporting directly to the CTO, the full-time salaried Vice President of Technology Operations will promote operational discipline and accountability while managing cross-functional processes in Engineering, Product, QA, and R&D to enhance quality outcomes and incident management.
Key responsibilities
- Own and mature operational processes across incident management and technology planning, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability
- Define and track key quality metrics, collaborating with Engineering leadership to foster a culture of quality and accountability
- Manage the end-to-end incident management lifecycle, including stakeholder communication and post-incident reviews
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role in a high-volume enterprise environment, preferably in financial services or regulated industries
- Demonstrated experience in owning and maturing operational processes within organizations of 75+ engineering staff
- Proven ability to influence peers at the VP level and build communication frameworks for production incidents
- Experience driving quality culture changes in engineering organizations as a leader
- Strong track record of establishing planning cadences that evolve post-rollout
