Vice President of Technology Operations

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise functions for technology operations, the full-time Vice President of Technology Operations will define and execute the strategic vision for revenue cycle management, ensuring operational performance and alignment with business growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the multi-year roadmap and operating model for technology operations to align with growth strategy and client commitments
• Own the portfolio of technology and automation initiatives, including business-case development and executive governance
• Establish decision rights and accountability across multiple departments and global vendor partners to ensure effective collaboration and performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or related fields, including 5+ years at a senior director or vice president level
• Proven success in leading enterprise technology operations and digital transformation with measurable outcomes
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, including claims and denials management
• Experience managing cross-functional portfolios and partnerships in a matrixed organization
