Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Americas Telco sales organization, focusing on Global Service Providers and Network Equipment Providers

  • Develop senior customer relationships and partner with global teams to drive compliance and enhance sales capabilities


Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in the Telco and IT industries with a focus on sales management
  • Proven success in leading diverse sales teams in remote locations
  • 10+ years of experience working in North America and LATAM with market understanding
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a remote organization
  • Extensive network of executive-level industry contacts; Spanish/Portuguese language skills are a plus
