Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in the Telco and IT industries with a focus on sales management
- Proven success in leading diverse sales teams in remote locations
- 10+ years of experience working in North America and LATAM with market understanding
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a remote organization
- Extensive network of executive-level industry contacts; Spanish/Portuguese language skills are a plus
