Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Testing Practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year Testing Transformation roadmap aligned with organizational priorities and regulatory demands
• Establish enterprise testing standards and introduce innovative testing methodologies
• Oversee performance engineering and manage QA vendor relationships to ensure high-quality delivery

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT Quality Engineering, Testing, or Software Delivery; 7+ years in senior leadership
• Deep understanding of Medicaid/Medicare programs and CMS regulations
• Proven success in leading enterprise testing transformation and automation initiatives
• Experience managing large offshore/vendor QA teams and complex multi-system integration testing
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; Master's preferred
