Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with company objectives and values
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of competitive compensation programs
  • Drive the Global Mobility strategy and roadmap to ensure alignment with business and talent strategy

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits
  • Strong understanding of global compensation and benefits practices, regulations, and market trends
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
