Job Summary

  • Deep expertise in Workday, particularly in compensation and benefits modules
  • Proven success in designing self-insured healthcare programs and 401(k) strategies
  • Experience with equity strategy and executive compensation design
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using people data for strategic decisions
