• Build and oversee a strategic compensation framework aligned with financial discipline and market competitiveness
• Lead the evolution of global benefits and workplace strategies to enhance employee experience and wellbeing

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of HR leadership experience, including 7+ years in global compensation and benefits functions
• Deep expertise in global compensation, executive compensation, equity strategy, and benefits
• Experience partnering with C-suite executives and Boards
• Familiarity with public-company governance and advisory roles
• Proven track record in managing Total Rewards integration for M&A transactions
