Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of benefits, compensation, and HRIS strategies and programs
  • Direct the development of competitive health, welfare, and wellness plans and compensation programs
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations regarding benefit and compensation programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of experience directing benefit and compensation programs
  • In-depth knowledge of Federal and State laws governing benefit plans
  • Extensive knowledge of Human Capital Management Systems, preferably UKG or Workday
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and ethically
