Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of benefits, compensation, and HRIS strategies and programs
- Direct the development of competitive health, welfare, and wellness plans and compensation programs
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations regarding benefit and compensation programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience directing benefit and compensation programs
- In-depth knowledge of Federal and State laws governing benefit plans
- Extensive knowledge of Human Capital Management Systems, preferably UKG or Workday
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and ethically
