Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Human Resources experience with 5+ years in Total Rewards leadership
- Deep expertise in global compensation strategy and benefits programs
- Experience with HR Suite tools such as UKG HRIS and Shareworks
- Experience in global financial services or investment advisory environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and lead high-performing teams
