Job Summary

Required Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in global compensation strategy and benefits programs
  • Experience with HR Suite tools such as UKG HRIS and Shareworks
  • Experience in global financial services or investment advisory environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and lead high-performing teams
