Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Total Rewards and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of a global total rewards strategy that is competitive and equitable
  • Oversee the integration and optimization of total rewards data within Workday, ensuring data integrity and automated workflows
  • Establish and manage a global compensation benchmarking program to identify and address market gaps


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Human Resources Management, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in global compensation and/or total rewards
  • Expertise in Workday HCM, particularly in compensation module configuration and data governance
  • Proven ability to leverage AI and automation tools for compensation analysis and decision-making
  • Strong knowledge of variable compensation plans and executive compensation in multinational companies
