Job Summary
Leading the establishment of a direct-to-consumer tour operator division, the full-time Vice President of Tour Operations will build and scale operations, define product strategies, and oversee commercial performance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the setup and launch of the B2C tour operator division, including operational structure and resourcing
- Define core product offerings and oversee tour design and itinerary development to ensure differentiation
- Own full P&L accountability for the tour operator division, monitoring key performance metrics and defining pricing strategies
Required qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in tour operating, travel product, or leisure travel leadership
- Proven experience launching or scaling a tour operator or travel product business
- Strong expertise in contracting, packaging, and margin management
- Deep understanding of US B2C travel distribution and customer behavior
- Demonstrated success managing P&L and delivering growth
