Vice President of TPA Accounts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, TPA Key Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Northwell account, ensuring operational excellence across Member Services, Claims Operations, and Account Management teams
• Establish and maintain executive relationships with account stakeholders while driving clinical cost strategies and identifying client objectives
• Deliver business insights and ensure client satisfaction by monitoring contractual obligations and supporting proactive action plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10-15 years of experience in third-party administration, insurance, or related industry
• 5+ years in a leadership role with solid TPA operations experience
• Experience managing hospital systems and proven expertise in account service and consultative selling techniques
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce, with a strong understanding of clinical cost containment strategies
