Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of National Trade Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution and completion of strategic initiatives with defined timelines and measurable outcomes
• Lead national deployment and management of systems ensuring timely adoption and consistent execution
• Champion proactive trade marketing and leverage technology to improve execution efficiency and performance visibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 15 years in the CPG or retail industry with proven execution and project management experience
• Demonstrated leadership in Trade Development, Commercial Planning, or Sales Strategy
• Experience managing cross-functional, multi-market teams and enterprise rollouts
• Deep understanding of pricing, quota management, and supplier execution models
