Job Summary

Leading the pharmaceutical manufacturer engagement strategy, the full-time salaried Vice President of Trade Relations will manage rebate and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) administration while ensuring competitive pricing and clinical value outcomes for clients in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and lead the GPO strategy, governance, and performance management aligned with rebate and contracting objectives
  • Establish and execute an enterprise rebate strategy that balances market competitiveness and clinical integrity
  • Lead senior-level negotiations with pharmaceutical manufacturers to align contracts and rebate structures with long-term strategic goals
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive PBM or pharmacy trade experience required
  • 10+ years of strategic leadership experience within the healthcare or pharmacy sector required
  • Strong leadership and negotiation experience
  • Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and health plans required
