Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Transaction Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead document negotiation and coordinate the onboarding process for new mandated transactions
• Act as the central coordinator for client onboarding, deal execution, and lifecycle administration across trust company roles
• Build relationships with clients and deal parties, serving as the point of escalation for onboarding issues

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• Previous experience in corporate trust, structured finance, or asset-backed lending preferred
• Advanced knowledge of corporate trust operations and regulatory compliance
• Intermediate to advanced experience in negotiating complex contracts
