Key Responsibilities

• Lead and govern enterprise-level transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Serve as the expert for scoping transformation opportunities and defining project charters
• Provide high-level consulting support to executive stakeholders and manage a small team for project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in transformation, strategic consulting, or enterprise project leadership
• Experience working with C-suite executives
• Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
• Deep knowledge of project scoping, change management, and transformation methodologies
