Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead the Transformation Office to support business transformation and integration programs
• Develop a platform to influence and cascade transformation across the organization
• Create processes to track, measure, and respond through detailed program management

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in senior management positions in healthcare operations or consulting
• 8+ years of experience leading internal consulting teams with matrixed reporting relationships
• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation and integration programs
• 8+ years of experience in care delivery settings
• 8+ years of experience in strategy and business transformation programs
