Vice President of Trust & Safety

Job Summary

Leading the Trust and Safety team, the full-time VP of Trust & Safety will manage operations and product strategy to ensure a safe environment for users, collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Trust & Safety team focused on user safety and operational excellence
• Set the strategy for Trust and Safety within the product, ensuring safety is integrated into design processes
• Oversee content moderation and user behavior reports to maintain compliance with community guidelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience (5+ years) in trust and safety leadership within a consumer-facing tech company
• Strong understanding of content moderation practices and digital safety frameworks
• Demonstrated success in managing high-performing teams with a focus on safety and efficiency
• Familiarity with data analysis and KPI tracking for continuous improvement
