Vice President of Vaccine Contracting

Job Summary

Leading the contracting strategy for the full U.S. Vaccines portfolio, the full-time Vice President of Vaccine Contracting will shape strategic direction, optimize financial performance, and enhance customer partnerships while working remotely or onsite in New York City or Collegeville.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end U.S. contracting strategy for the vaccines portfolio, balancing access, profitability, and growth
• Partner with Finance and Pricing to optimize gross-to-net performance and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Strengthen Pfizer's position with key customers through differentiated contracting approaches and support complex negotiations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience, Master's degree with 13+ years, or PhD/PharmD with 10+ years of experience required
• Senior leadership experience in contracting, access, or pricing required
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare and reimbursement
• Experience with launches and portfolio strategy preferred
• Advanced degree preferred
