Vice President of Value-Based Care

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Value-Based Care Operations, Remote (US).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution of value-based care strategies, ensuring alignment with relevant frameworks
• Oversee initiatives for care coordination and provider engagement to improve patient outcomes and financial performance
• Develop strategies for expanding partnerships with ACOs, hospitals, and payers while monitoring financial performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of operational leadership experience in healthcare, focusing on value-based care models
• Experience in developing ACO partnerships and value-based care strategies
• Deep understanding of CMS models and value-based reimbursement frameworks
• Experience with provider engagement and care coordination in post-acute or transitional care settings
