Vice President of Value-Based Care

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Value-Based Care Operations, Remote (US).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution of the value-based care strategy, ensuring alignment with various VBC frameworks
• Oversee initiatives for care coordination, risk stratification, and provider engagement to enhance patient outcomes
• Develop strategies for expanding partnerships with ACOs, hospitals, and payer networks for value-based contracts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of operational leadership experience in healthcare focused on value-based care models
• Proven success in developing ACO partnerships and implementing value-based care strategies
• Strong understanding of CMS models and value-based reimbursement frameworks
• Experience with provider engagement and care coordination in post-acute or transitional care settings
