Vice President of Venture Delivery
Job Summary
Leading the creation and validation of technology-enabled solutions within Spend Management, the full-time Vice President of Venture Delivery will manage high-potential opportunities from initial thesis through customer discovery, development, and pilot execution, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Spend Management executives to identify and prioritize opportunities for customer value and enterprise growth
- Define venture strategies based on unmet customer needs and market dynamics to drive value creation
- Lead ventures through all stages, including customer discovery, MVP development, and product-market validation
Required Qualifications
- Significant executive leadership experience in building new products or technology-enabled services in complex enterprise markets
- Direct experience in healthcare Spend Management, supply chain, or financial performance
- Proven success in taking opportunities from concept through customer validation and initial market traction
- Experience in developing products enabled by data, analytics, or artificial intelligence
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and align senior stakeholders across functions
