Vice President of Wealth Enablement

Job Summary

Leading the Enablement function, the remote Vice President of Wealth Enablement will centralize content strategy, develop training curricula, and drive solution adoption to enhance client experiences while building a scalable, AI-enabled infrastructure across Wealth Management and Wealth Solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the centralized content strategy for client-facing teams, tailoring curriculum to specific audience needs
• Lead the evolution of the Enablement function to drive measurable behavioral change and enhance advising capabilities across teams
• Build and lead a structured Enablement team, recruiting for domain-specific expertise to effectively engage and influence advisors

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or field effectiveness roles within wealth management or financial services
• Proven track record of building centralized enablement functions from the ground up and driving measurable behavioral change
• Experience managing teams of content creators and trainers, ideally with a focus on AI to enhance output
• Familiarity with post-M&A integration environments and their enablement demands
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business priorities into effective curriculum design and behavioral change programs
