Vice President of Wellness Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Longevity & Preventive Wellness Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Redesign clinical workflows to create a premium retail environment focused on proactive preventive wellness
• Build and lead a high-touch concierge organization with a focus on educational customer service
• Develop and execute strategies for growth, including market penetration and expansion of the longevity product portfolio

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare operations leadership, preferably in retail health or premium consumer wellness
• Experience transforming traditional healthcare operations into consumer-centric models
• Proven experience in multi-site operations with P&L ownership and KPI management
• Track record of building high-touch concierge teams and accountable service cultures
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
