Job Summary

Leading the merchandise strategy for women's shoes, the full-time Vice President of Women's Shoes will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute category-specific plans, drive brand negotiations, and optimize product assortments in both remote and onsite environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate broader merchandising strategies into actionable category-specific tactics in collaboration with Buying and Planning teams
• Orchestrate the execution of merchandise strategies, ensuring alignment with financial goals and market trends
• Analyze product performance and manage pricing, promotions, and markdown decisions to drive profitable growth

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in retail merchandising and buying, specifically within the footwear sector
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams
• Extensive experience in brand negotiations and vendor management
• Deep understanding of retail merchandising and financial acumen in managing pricing and promotions
