Job Summary
Leading enterprise workforce planning initiatives, the full-time salaried Vice President of Workforce Planning will forecast future workforce needs, analyze the impact of automation, and develop strategies aligned with organizational priorities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead enterprise workforce planning and transformation initiatives
- Forecast future workforce demand and identify talent needs
- Deliver workforce insights and strategic analytics for executive decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in workforce strategy, with a minimum of 7 years in an executive role
- Demonstrated track record of leading workforce transformation initiatives in large organizations, preferably in healthcare
- Proven experience advising C-Suite and Board-level stakeholders on workforce strategy
- Established expertise in workforce analytics and data-driven decision support
