Vice President Payment Integrity
Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and innovative Vice President Payment Integrity, the full-time role will provide leadership in developing and executing enterprise payment integrity programs to enhance payment accuracy and operational excellence, with a hybrid work arrangement available in Durham or remote options in several states.
Key responsibilities
- Assess the Payment Integrity ecosystem, prioritize opportunities, and establish KPIs for savings and performance tracking
- Develop and execute an enterprise-wide Payment Integrity strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Lead initiatives focused on payment accuracy, claims integrity, and recovery operations while enhancing provider experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Public Health, or a related field
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in payment integrity or related healthcare functions
- Proven success in leading large-scale strategic initiatives within a healthcare payer or consulting organization
- Deep knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and regulatory requirements
- Strong financial and analytical acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
