Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute enterprise-wide people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and growth
• Oversee Workforce Transformation, integrating AI and digital enablement into workforce strategies
• Manage People Relations & Compliance to ensure a fair and legally compliant teammate experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior executives in complex environments
• Deep expertise in organizational design, leadership development, and change management
• Strong understanding of employment law and compliance governance
