Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Physical Health Services (Pediatrics)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of medical and clinical professionals, fostering a culture of service excellence, high performance, and innovation
• Contribute to the development and execution of the company's physical health virtual clinical and medical strategy
• Analyze clinical data, develop medical protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) preferred, with independent license to practice clinically and prescriptive authority
• 5+ years clinical practice experience providing pediatric primary and/or immediate care
• Understanding of P&L management and unit economics
• 5+ years leading and managing teams of 25+ clinical providers
• Experience working with health plans and navigating regulatory requirements
