Job Summary

Leading the strategy and performance of the VWR private label portfolio, the full-time remote Vice President Portfolio Management will optimize category positioning, pricing, and lifecycle decisions while driving profitable growth and competitive differentiation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the financial performance of the VWR private label portfolio, including revenue and margin targets
• Define and lead multi-year category strategies using market insights to guide portfolio decisions
• Manage the full portfolio lifecycle, including assortment planning, commercialization, and pricing strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, supply chain, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in category or portfolio management, preferably in private label
• Proven experience in leading large-scale category strategies and cross-functional execution
• Global perspective with experience across diverse market dynamics and customer segments
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
