Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the growth strategy for the Ports and Harbors Division, focusing on digital twin technology and infrastructure services
• Cultivate executive-level relationships and lead business development initiatives to expand market presence
• Oversee high-impact client engagements and drive market expansion in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, maritime engineering, or related discipline
• Fifteen or more years of relevant experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role
• Established relationships within Gulf and national ports, trade groups, and government agencies
• Proven track record in economic development and capital project leadership
• Experience as a communicator and negotiator in maritime initiatives
