Vice President, Professional Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Professional Services Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Solution Delivery organization and ensure accountability for all Professional Services execution
• Drive delivery excellence by managing end-to-end professional services engagements and ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Establish and mature PMO standards and governance across programs to enhance operational rigor and performance management

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in professional services, solution delivery, or consulting within enterprise software or SaaS environments
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience managing large, global delivery teams
• Proven track record of scaling professional services organizations for complex enterprise-level implementations
• Deep experience leading PMO functions and customer-facing delivery teams
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and budgets
