Job Summary

Leading the Global Cluster Regulatory organization, the full-time salaried Vice President Regulatory Affairs will manage regulatory strategies, execution, and compliance to support business performance and market access while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead cluster regulatory strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and enterprise value creation
• Oversee regulatory delivery from global strategy handover through local submission, approval, and launch readiness
• Act as the senior regulatory representative with health authorities, managing escalations and ensuring compliance across clusters

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
• 15+ years of progressive regulatory affairs experience, including leadership roles
• Demonstrated ability to blend technical expertise with strategic business priorities, particularly in Consumer Healthcare
• Proven experience in cluster regulatory strategy and in-market execution across multiple markets
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
