Vice President, Regulatory Compliance

Job Summary

Leading a comprehensive compliance program, the full-time Vice President, Regulatory Compliance will develop and enhance global compliance strategies while managing a small compliance team remotely and ensuring adherence to healthcare laws and regulations across pharmaceutical and medical device operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global compliance and ethics program, including policies and procedures to manage compliance risks across all business units
• Oversee compliance with healthcare laws and regulations, providing expert guidance on marketing materials and interactions with healthcare professionals
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and monitoring plans, reporting findings to senior management and recommending improvements

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 10-15+ years of experience in legal, compliance, regulatory, or risk management roles, with at least 3 years in compliance leadership for commercial pharmaceutical products
• Expert knowledge of healthcare and FDA regulatory compliance, including laws governing pharmaceutical and medical device operations
• Demonstrated success in building compliance programs and developing training initiatives tailored to organizational risk profiles
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and mentor compliance professionals
