Vice President Relationship Manager

Job Summary

Driving portfolio growth, the full-time remote Vice President Relationship Manager will originate and expand strategic vendor finance relationships while collaborating with various stakeholders to structure financing solutions and manage complex transactions.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and grow vendor financing relationships and strategic partnerships
• Identify and onboard new vendors, OEMs, dealers, and referral sources
• Manage an active pipeline to achieve sales, revenue, and portfolio growth objectives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in equipment finance, vendor finance, commercial lending, or related financial services
• Proven business development and relationship management experience
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
