Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President - Revenue Cycle Analytics/Data Forensics & Performance Improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage revenue cycle analytics teams to drive performance improvement and data-driven decision making
• Collaborate with revenue and market leaders to identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and revenue generation
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of data strategy and analytics projects

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience, with 4 years in leadership/management
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, health information management, business or clinical degree preferred
• Masters level degree preferred
• 15 years of progressive responsibility in healthcare with at least 10 years in executive-level revenue cycle operations management
