Vice President Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and develop operational efficiency models for the RCM functional team
• Lead initiatives to drive accountability and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and business metrics
• Supervise management teams and oversee program activities to support continuous improvement and operational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience
• 12+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or a similar field
• 8+ years of experience working with leadership in a healthcare environment
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management best practices and business processes for large providers
• Experience in managing multiple high-level projects and teams
