Job Summary

Driving patient access and financial experience improvements, the full-time remote Vice President Revenue Cycle Management will oversee scheduling, registration, financial clearance, and customer service across all hospitals while collaborating with regional leaders and corporate services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for front-end revenue cycle functions, ensuring optimal performance and patient experience
• Collaborate with hospital and regional leaders to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies
• Monitor performance trends and access metrics to support organizational growth and maximize financial yield

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• 12+ years in the healthcare industry, preferably in a large, complex, multi-facility environment
