Job Summary

Leading the charge in revenue cycle support services, the full-time remote System Vice President Revenue Cycle Support Services will oversee system access management, payer portal optimization, and training initiatives while ensuring compliance and driving innovation across healthcare operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional oversight of revenue cycle support services, including system access, payer portals, and Epic optimization
• Provide strategic direction for credentialing, enrollment enablement, and technical support teams
• Direct vendor performance management for all support services, ensuring adherence to SLAs and contract terms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• 12+ years in the healthcare industry with experience in a large, complex, multi-facility environment
