Job Summary

Providing executive vision and strategic oversight, the full-time remote Vice President Revenue Cycle Management will manage all Accounts Receivable operations for hospitals, focusing on billing, denials management, and compliance to ensure optimal financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Directs enterprise-wide A/R operations, establishing performance strategies and accountability for cash collections and regulatory compliance
• Develops strategies for billing accuracy, denials management, and underpayment recovery to maximize reimbursement
• Manages high-risk receivables and ensures compliance with A/R policies, procedures, and internal controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• 12+ years in the healthcare industry, with experience in a large, complex, multi-facility environment
